The benefits at a glance

-----------------
» The Supervisory Board of the ZhongDe Metal Group GmbH consists of high-profile figures from the German business world with important contacts in politics: Prof. Dieter Hundt, Honorary President of the Confederation of German Employers’ Associations, Dr. Eric Schweitzer, President of the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce and Pierre-Enric Steiger, President of the Björn Steiger Foundation.

» The park’s own university will ensure that future staff are trained.    via the city of Jieyang’s Shengquan sea port and the Rongjiang sea port.
-------------
» As part of their “Made in China 2025” initiative, the Chinese government has created funding programmes for promising technologies of the future in ten different fields. For companies that fit with the concept of the MEC, further individual subsidies are also possible such as low-interest loans, favourable rents or land prices, as well as grants.
--------------
» Financial services providers – all the large Chinese banks are on-site, and cooperation with German banks is taking place. Individual financing plans are therefore possible for every business.
--------------
» Employees of the companies who have set up at the MEC are able to rent affordable housing. The MEC also offers other services (office space, searches for cooperation partners, market research etc.).
--------------
» The concept guarantees a high quality of life. The MEC offers employees, inhabitants and guests surroundings which are in touch with nature, with large green spaces and lakes. High-quality shopping centres, schools, kindergartens and health care provisions are all available as well.
